Privacy

We collect only what the brief needs: your email, first name, your child's birth month and year, school year, curriculum, budget, area and notes, plus any learning support needs you choose to tell us. We do not ask for passport or ID numbers, and we do not need medical documents.

Learning support needs are optional. We only mention them to a school when asking whether it can support your child, and never with your name unless you allow it.

We use it to build your shortlist and to ask schools about seats. Schools get your name and email only if you tick the box allowing it; otherwise we describe the child (year group, curriculum, start date) without naming you.

Processors: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payment), and AI tools that help us research and write the shortlist. A person or our agent checks every school we list.

If you fill in the form but do not pay, we delete the brief after 30 days. We delete paid briefs and shortlists 180 days after payment, or sooner if you ask at hello@sixschools.com.
