Refund policy

• Before we start: email us and we refund in full.
• Missed brief: if the shortlist does not match the area, budget, curriculum or year group you gave us, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We redo it or refund in full, your choice.
• Late: if your shortlist is not on your page within 48 hours of payment and a complete brief, you can ask for a full refund.
• A school saying no, or a waiting list, is not grounds for a refund: telling you that is part of the service.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Email hello@sixschools.com with your order link.
